We use plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) technology to synthesize large-size CVD single crystal diamond and achieve industrial application of large single crystal diamonds.
How to produce the CVD single crystal diamond?
Plasma single crystal diamond materials are developed by simulating the formation mechanism of diamond in space meteorites.
Using microwave as the energy carrier, the raw gas CH4+H2→C+H2 is cracked in plasma to produce sufficient SP3 carbon atoms.
As a result, diamond can continuously absorb nutrients on the seed crystal surface and grow epitaxially.
Commonly, it will take two weeks to form the diamond blank.
What is the material's advantage?
Compared to natural diamond and HPHT diamond, CVD single crystal diamond not only solve the limitations in size and cost of natural diamond and synthesized high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) Ib diamond, but also offers a superior and consistent quality due to its high-purity growth conditions.
What is the application?
We developed four types : mechanical grade, optical grade, electronic grade, and gemstone grade.
End users will use them in the fields of ultra-precision machining, high-gloss processing, aerospace, semiconductor devices, optical windows, heat dissipation devices, quantum computers, and jewelry.
Our CVD diamond is type IIa diamond with 4pt (100), 2pt (110), and 3pt (111) crystal orientations, therefore, we grade them to CVD-M, CVD-C (P4P2), and CVD-C (P2).
Different from natural diamonds, we control and synthesize CVD diamond according to the applications where tool makers demand varying levels of wear resistance.

Dimensions:
We laser cut the diamond blanks to ensure the high accuracy of finished tools.
Blank sizes range from up to 15mm in length and 5mm in thickness, with both the top and bottom planes polished.
When tool makers seek to replace natural diamonds and HPHT MCD diamonds, our CVD diamond is an excellent choice.
